How did WowWorx begin?

Several years ago on a Wednesday night while at a Boy Scout meeting I received a call from a very troubled dentist...his office manager accidentally deleted most of his patient files and his tape backup refused to work. After thirty minutes of troubleshooting over the phone and much to his relief we got the tape backup to work and he spent the next two hours restoring his patient files. A few days later he invited me to his office to resolve a technical problem that was constantly frustrating his staff. Within fifteen minutes of arriving at his practice the issue was resolved and he exclaimed, "wow it works!". So, WowWorx began.

Douglas brings more than a decade of technology and managerial experience to meet your needs. Currently he serves as the, 'CIO for Rent', for three of California's largest and most respected privately owned PR and Political advising firms and teaches college courses in Computer Security. Recently he has served as Chief Information Officer for Stoorza Communications, the 19th largest independent public relations firm in the United States. He has also been the Director of Technology for several school districts in Nebraska and California. Douglas possesses a Masters Degree in Technology from the University of Nebraska Graduate School and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout his career he has managed the needs of thousands of users and has designed simple networks to intricate fiber optic metropolitan area networks and wide area networks that include virtual private networking technology. Douglas is the founder and owner of WowWorx.
